Lindsay isn't coaching from the outside. She grew up in the US, spent 15 years living and leading in South Africa, and is currently a part-time Executive Director herself, navigating the same cross-cultural complexity, the same board dynamics, the same weight of leading an international organization that her clients face.
She brings that lived reality into every session. With over 20 years of cross-cultural nonprofit leadership experience across South Africa, the UK, and the US, Lindsay also sits on the board of a US nonprofit whose programs run in South Africa and whose fundraising happens in the US and UK — which means she understands both sides of the table.
She is part of the FBB team, which means her leadership coaching is integrated with FBB's fundraising expertise. For an ED whose leadership directly affects the fundraising program, that integration matters.
