I co-founded my first nonprofit in 2014 and spent the next decade fundraising for international programs across East and Southern Africa. What I kept seeing — across country after country, organization after organization — was the same thing: extraordinary missions, committed teams, and fundraising advice that was built for someone else entirely. Every resource. Every framework. Every webinar. Built for a domestic nonprofit. None of it accounted for the trust barriers, the distance, the specific psychology of US donors giving to programs they may never see in person. So I built what I couldn't find.
